Thomas Liu is an electrical engineering student at the University of Pennsylvania. He leads the team as the Principal Investigator and assists the engineering team in developing prototypes. Drawing on his experiences at NASA and in aerospace engineering, he contributes to the DPSD's space-readiness. Thomas also enjoys traveling, playing sports, painting, and building products.
