We are building systems that harness duckweed’s potential through two key technologies. The Duckweed Protein Supplement Dispenser (DPSD), a compact bioreactor that cultivates, processes, and dispenses the plant for the astronauts, and the Intelligent Growth Chamber for Precision Farming (IGCPF), an AI-driven chamber that farms the plant in real time. Combined, these two systems represent a closed-loop adaptive system, a significant step towards bioregenerative life support.
